The hotel in Shimla exceeded expectations with its warm hospitality and breathtaking mountain views. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and provided a comfortable retreat after exploring the city. Maybe this Hotel is the best price performance ratio of town, but surely had the best view you can get in Shimla from you hotel bed. Very good WiFi, very clean, drinking water in bottles in the room, very nice and competent employees. A hotel where everything is perfect! High recommended!

Everything was good. Location is near to mall road. Rooms are good. Only few things need improvement. Bathroom taps were leaking making the floor wet all the time. One more thing.. They don't have Dining space for breakfast or dinner. You need to order to your room.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was without a doubt one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. First of all, the check-in process was an absolute nightmare. The staff at the front desk seemed completely disinterested in helping us. The room itself was dirty and poorly maintained. Despite bringing these issues to the staff's attention, they seemed to ignore our complaints about the dirty water coming from the tap and the need for bathroom maintenance. Even our repeated requests to clean the bathroom dustbin were overlooked. To top it all off, we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with bed bugs during our stay, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. Overall, my experience at this hotel was a complete disaster. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere for accommodations.

Hotel staff specially reception person is rude and The worst part is that they charge you money for boiling milk of your babies. The reception person said you should buy milk from here we can’t boil milk if you purchased from outside. And they close there room service at 10:30pm. Please don’t visit here if you travel with your family specially with babies. Worst hotel for me 👎🏻 and there is no Parking facility nearby if you want to park your card then you have pay 250 approx to other private car parking as owners and they are too far from this hotel.

Excellent hotel ....loved the view from our room ..pls select rooms on top floor deluxe rooms with mountain views...very near to mall road walkable ...very easily accessible to all main areas..staff are very polite.. complimentary break fast was too good

Cooperative Staff. Nearest to Mall road. Breakfast and snacks are also good. Rooms clean. Parking is also nearby. Overall amazing place to stay with family couple and friends. ||New property specially maple room.
